All About Me, Apolonia!

Studying biology also has to do with my love for food and cooking. For a while, I wanted to be a chef. I also want to impact the world. That’s why I want to work with farmers and U.S. agriculture. Many people are not informed about where their food comes from or what the labels on the boxes in the grocery store even mean. It is important for our own health and the environment’s health to be conscious of our food decisions. I’m super passionate about food and farming, and I’m so fortunate to be studying something I enjoy.

I also love rock climbing at my university, volunteering for the Natural History Museum, biking, cooking for my dorm, learning about what’s going on in the world, journaling and going to coffee shops.

I can’t wait to learn what you love to do, and share my adventures with you!
