Ni hao! (Hello!) My name is Alice, and right now I live in a tiny city in southeast China called Wenzhou. Wenzhou is famous for its consistently rainy weather, which is strange for me since I grew up in warm and sunny California. So, fun fact #1: nowadays, you can always find me with a rainbow umbrella in hand!
Fun fact #2: I love playing volleyball, a hobby I began when I was in 7th grade. Luckily, I got to continue this sport in college, and I met a wonderful group of girls through this activity; these teammates are now some of my best friends. Volleyball is also how I got to meet some of my good friends in China too!
Fun fact #3: I love eating and trying different kinds of food! So I will be sharing lots of photos of the Chinese food I love. You might think some of the foods I enjoy eating are gross, but I promise you, they are really tasty! After all, you really have to give each dish a try before you can judge it.
Fun fact #4: Two years ago, I lived and studied for a few months in Denmark, a small country in Europe (the U.S.A. is around 200 times the size of Denmark). I had always wanted to visit this country because the buildings are beautiful, and my father had lived there for a while in the past. You see, my parents both were born in China and got married there. My dad went off to Denmark to earn some money before he and my mother moved to the Unite States.
