I go to their room and we spend thirty minutes telling stories and having fun before they have to sleep. Once, they asked me to sing a song for them and tell them the story of Frozen. I don't think they've ever seen Frozen, but they knew what it was from Elsa and Anna dolls and pictures. I told them the story and sang "Let It Go", and now they always ask me to sing!
Becoming more involved with the children at the orphanage has made me feel as though I'm part of the community. It's been a wonderful experience so far!
