Traveler Bio

Hello!

My name is Micah Kyler, and I am a student at Arizona State University. Ever since I can remember, I have always loved learning about different countries and cultures. In college, I started making international friends from all around the world. I never realized that studying abroad was a real possibility for me until I met them. They inspired me to be more like them by studying abroad in another country, too!

I decided to study in India because of its rich history and great cultural diversity. For example, there are temples and mosques still standing here today that were built centuries and centuries ago by ancient rulers. In addition, the United Nations has predicted that India will become the most populated country in the world within the next seven years. With over 1.2 billion people living in India today, you can imagine how crowded and colorful things can get.

I believe it is important to learn about countries like India where most of the people in the world live today. I hope that by sharing my experiences in this new place with you, I can help raise awareness about the world beyond the United States and inspire the next generation of global leaders.

I am excited for you to join me on this adventure! Are you ready?
