Selamat pagi (Good morning)! My name is Julia Munslow and I am 23 years old. I grew up in Coventry, Rhode Island, where I loved going to the beach in the summer and visiting bookstores in the city with my friends. For college, I headed down to Atlanta, Georgia, where I studied English and creative writing at Emory University. My specialties are contemporary poetry and journalism. I served as editor-in-chief of the campus newspaper! After graduation, I was excited to share my knowledge about storytelling, so I applied for (and received) a U.S. Fulbright English Teaching Assistant grant to Malaysia. Currently, I am living in Pahang, Malaysia, where I teach English to high school students and lead workshops on speaking English and media. I am excited to share this journey with you all and I can’t wait to meet you!
