Ever since I was little, I have liked exploring. I like to explore everywhere, from the family room in my house to the countries of THE WORLD. I capitalized "WORLD" because I think the world is an amazing and huge place. I think people should appreciate it!

Think about this: I live in Chicago. Chicago is a city in the state of Illinois. Illinois is a state in the United States of America. The U.S.A. is a country on the continent of North America. North America is one of 7 continents! Whew, my head is about to explode! There is just so much out there. There are so many mountains to climb, people to talk with, food to taste and music to dance to. This is why I love exploring.

I am from Wheaton, Illinois. Wheaton is a suburb of Chicago. In the suburbs, the houses, stores and schools are farther apart from each other than they are in the city. Have you ever seen the trains going by in Chicago? One of those trains goes to Wheaton.
