Daniel Wallace

After I graduated from high school, I went to East Stroudsburg University. While I was there, I got the chance to travel to Kenya, which is in Africa! I was in Kenya for about a month. The trip was my first far-away adventure.

In Kenya, I spent time hiking, visiting an orphanage, talking to young people, going on safari and learning how tea is grown and harvested. They call tea "chai" in Kenya. It is made with goat's milk and ginger. It is served very hot! I grew very fond of drinking the Kenyan tea. Some of my friends gave me four large bags of tea to take home for myself! Have you ever had tea?

When I returned from Kenya, I finished college. During that time I really enjoyed playing beach volleyball, mountain biking, exploring the Delaware Water Gap, and creating music with my guitar. The guitar is my favorite instrument.
