Hey there! My name is Mitch Tahtinen. I grew up in a small town in northern Michigan called Petoskey. I lived on a small farm. We had many animals at my house!

I enjoyed riding horses through the woods and exploring. Horses weren't the only animals I had, though. I also had some pygmy goats.

Goats were my favorite animal to have around the house. When fall came, they ate all the leaves that fell from the trees. It made raking the yard very easy for me.

I learned that goats eat a lot of different things. Sometimes they ate my homework assignments! My teachers never believed me when I said a goat ate my homework. Having animals isn't all fun and games. There is a lot of work that goes into a small farm.
