Trains for Transit in Poland

Soon, however, the railways fell into disrepair yet again during the late Communist era (from 1970-1989). When communism was finally ended in Poland, the railways became privatized and were rebuilt with great speed. People are finally beginning to trust the system once again with the development of better routes, efficient trains and competitive pricing. When InterCity began to operate through most train stations, travel became more comfortable for passengers as well and now many Polish people use this system of transportation for further distances.
