What chores do you have at home?:

I like to do the dishes and take care of our cats and dogs. I must feed them, give them baths, brush them, and take the dogs for walks.

What jobs do your parents have?:

My mother is a dentist and a university professor. She teaches dentistry. My father works as a lawyer.

What time does school start, and what time do you go home?:

School starts at 8:00 AM and I go home to eat lunch from 12:00 - 1:00 PM. Then I go back to school and finish at 3:00 PM.

How do you get to school? Are you allowed to go to school by yourself?:

I take a van to school. It is not like the school bus in the United States. It is a van that can take about 15 students from the same neighborhood to school.

Where do you eat lunch? What is your favorite food?:

I eat lunch at home. Most students do that. My favorite food is BBQ chicken pizza!

What language do you speak at school? How do you say "Hello" in your language?:

I speak Portuguese and English at school, because I go to a school where we are taught in both languages. In Portuguese, hello is Olá.

What are some common kids' names at your school?:

Paulo, Paula, João, Bruno, Bruna, Renato, Renato, Alessandra, Alessandro.

Maybe you notice the names are very similar. This is because names here are gendered. Adding an "o" to a name makes it masculine. Adding an "a" to a name makes it feminine.
