Reach the World and Your Curriculum

Reach the World strives to provide online journeys that are interactive for students and teachers.  When learning is meaningful, students feel compelled to read, excited to do research and motivated to work on projects.  This resource guide is available for all teachers to find information on how to incorporate RTW’s online journeys into your curriculum, as well as how to engage your students in the experience.

With recent changes in curriculum and instructional programs, as well as increasing emphasis on standardized testing, Reach the World seeks to provide resources that remain relevant to what you are doing in your classroom.  In this section, you will find suggestions about how to link Reach the World with concrete literacy and math skills.  You will also find information about using the program to promote higher-order thinking skills.
